Innovative Transport Solutions R&D team, have been busy preparing designs of our retrofit "Hydraulic Hybrid Vehicle" (HHV) systems. Preparations are now being made to start producing the prototypes.

1. Parallel Hydraulic Hybrid

Sprinter Deliver Van will be used to develop a parallel hydraulic hybrid conversion kit for light to medium sized RWD vehicles. Hybrid unit will feature regenerative braking, launch assist and hydraulic drive.

 2.  Series Hydraulic Hybrid

A converted 6X6 Prime Mover/Tractor Unit is to be converted to a series hydraulic hybrid drive vehicle.

3.Hydro Mechanical Transmission

 The taxi industry will benefit most from this design.  The vehicles original transmission is removed and discarded and replaced with our newly developed "hydromechanical  transmission". This will convert any vehicle into a quad mode hydraulic hybrid vehicle. 

Below is a brief description of our new projects to be developed

Criteria:

A retrofit parallel hydraulic hybrid system for Rear wheel Drive (RWD) , All Wheel Drive (AWD) and 4X4 vehicles.

All components are fitted below the vehicles floor, no intrusion on cabin or cargo space.

Criteria:

A retrofit series hydraulic hybrid system, incorporating a 6X6 conversion for 6X4 prime mover or Tractor units.

Criteria:

A replacement transmission that will transform any motor vehicle, into a "quad mode" Hydraulic Hybrid Vehicle, HHV.

This unit will be scalable to fit any sized vehicle.
