 Innovative Transport Solutions'  "Retrofit Hybrid Systems"  

We are developing and producing  “retrofit hybrid solutions” that can be fitted almost any vehicle.
 

Hybrid vehicles offer an immediate solution for reducing fuel consumption and toxic greenhouse gas emissions. Transport is a major contributor to green house emissions.

 

The highest cost burden for transport operators is fuel and the cost of reducing exhaust emissions.
 Innovative Transport Solutions (ITS) primary goal is to reduce fuel consumption and vehicle exhaust emissions for commercial fleets. 

 

Our electric hybrid vehicle (EHV) project is nearing completion “Argosy Hybrid” a 90 ton road train.  Production of this “retrofit hybrid system” is scheduled for January 2011.

Hydraulic Hybrid Vehicle (HHV) 

In addition to the electric hybrid systems being developed by Innovative Transport Solutions, we are also developing "retrofit hydraulic hybrid systems". In some applications the hydraulic system will prove to be a more affordable hybrid solution, compared to the electric hybrid systems.

 

Development of our “hydraulic hybrid vehicle" systems are well advanced and ready for prototyping.

 

 

The company Sprinter delivery van will be fitted with our inline parallel hydraulic hybrid system.

 

TC-1

TC-1 the 6x6 electric hybrid truck built for the forestry industry, (pictured above) will be converted to a series hydraulic hybrid system. Resulting in a greater fuel saving for this vehicles off road application.
